CLIENT CLEANLINESS & HEALTH POLICY:

 

At Bianca Celeste Beauty, we prioritize hygiene and safety for both our clients and service providers. To ensure a comfortable and sanitary experience, all clients receiving a Brazilian wax must adhere to the following cleanliness and health standards:

Hygiene Requirements:

• If you don’t have time to shower , a wipe will be provided at the time of your appointment. Please wipe front to back.

• Excess discharge or bodily fluids must be cleaned before starting the service. If excessive discharge is present, the service provider reserves the right to cancel the appointment.

• Clients must ensure they are properly wiped and clean before the service. Any presence of fecal matter or improper hygiene will result in the immediate cancellation of the appointment, and a cancellation fee will apply.

 

Health Requirements:

• Clients must not have any visible signs of an
STD, open sores, or infections in the treatment area.
If any signs of an infection, outbreak, or other medical concerns are present, the service provider reserves the right to refuse service. 

 

If you are experiencing symptoms of an infection or skin irritation, please reschedule your appointment for a later date when the issue has cleared.

Appointment Cancellation Due to Cleanliness or Health Concerns:

• If a client arrives without following these hygiene and health requirements, the service will be immediately canceled, and a cancellation fee will apply.

• Repeat violations of this policy may result in a permanent ban from booking future appointments.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR POLICY

At Bianca Celeste Beauty, we strive to provide a professional, comfortable, and respectful environment . To maintain a safe and professional atmosphere, we have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of inappropriate or sexualized behavior during services, including but not limited to:

• Inappropriate Comments: Any sexual, suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate remarks directed at the service provider in person or over the phone.

• Inappropriate Phone Conversations: Clients engaging in sexually explicit or inappropriate discussions while receiving a service.

• Unwanted Advances: Any verbal or physical behavior that creates discomfort for the service provider.

• Inappropriate Requests: Any requests that go beyond professional waxing services and imply or suggest inappropriate conduct.

Consequences of Violating This Policy:

 The service will be immediately stopped, and the client will be asked to leave.
Full payment will still be required. The client will be permanently banned from booking future appointments.

By booking a service with Bianca Celeste Beauty you agree to respect this policy. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the appointment with no refund.

​Smoking & Strong Odors Policy
• Clients must not arrive smelling strongly of smoke (cigarettes, marijuana, vapes, etc.) or any other strong odors that could cause discomfort to the service provider or other clients.
• If a strong odor is detected upon arrival, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled at the provider's discretion, with a cancellation fee applied.
• To prevent this, please avoid smoking or consuming strong-smelling substances at least one hour before your appointment.
